The headquarters of the Institute for Radio Astronomy are located in the Bologna Research Campus, Via P. Gobetti 101,  40129, Bologna, Italy, where the National Research Council (CNR) is also situated.

By car:

  • from the motorway – take exit ‘Bologna Arcoveggio’
  • from the ring road ‘tangenziale’ – take exit n.5 ‘Lame’

By bus (bus company TPER)

  • from the railway station take line 87 or 37 (see here for bus stops and timetables: 37, 87)
  • from the airport take AEROBUS BLQ to get to the railway station

By taxi

It is a 5-min drive from the railway station and 15-min drive from the airport. Ask the taxi driver for “CNR, via Gobetti 101”.
